United States Of Hazirin

Hey beautiful people

I just updated the blog. I did, like always, update my playlist. It's kinda like what I've been listening to recently in order of my iTunes. But anyways, I just wanted to write. I've decided that this blog was just going to be a place where I want to express my thoughts (besides twitter) instead of being forced to write so I won't apologise if I don't write in a long time or any period of time for that matter.

My room is currently under redecorating. I share a quite big room with my sister and we both have always wanted a tumblr room. Like we are starting slow by hanging lanterns on my bed frame. If you're wondering how that is, my bed is a bunk bed so my bed is above hers and her bed is just a single size bed. Just picture it okay..And then I made us the melted rainbow crayon thing with our names. And now we are in the process of painting our room the colours we wanted. Next year (around March), we're going to get a sofa bed which is like a queen size bed but it can double as a sofa. I think it's kinda cool. Opposite the sofa, like the wall, we're going to put up a wall sticker of the map of the world. And on the wall that the sofa is gonna be at, we are going to put like Instagram photos and line them up nicely. I can show you an example.

And we will get like small pillows or bean bags, I don't know. But I hope we can be done by the festive month next year which should be in..July! I just checked the date, that's like very soon.. 

Okay, I just realised this like while watching FOB. I was cleaning out my room the other time and I realised that I accidentally threw away my holiday homework. Brilliant. I mean it's no problem, I can always ask my friends to photocopy it but yeah. I'm so dumb. It's times like this where I just think:


What's new is that Catching Fire came out yesterday. Just to ease the confusion, where I am, it's already the 22nd of November, okay. I watched it yesterday like my cousin texted me and we just watched it. And like we're both big fans of THG so yeah.. I ain't gonna say anythang.. 


I've just been thinking while watching FOB (again) that I have sort of like multiple personalities. I can give you a list of different me's:
1. Very classy, wears a lot of dresses and nice shoes, listens to pop me
2. Very dark, wears a lot of black, listens to alternative music me
3. Very boy-ish skater girl, wears sneakers me

I have more but those 3 are the main ones. Weird, this guy right? Psht.


Also, if any of you follow up with danisnotonfire, you should know what a cringe attack is. 


Yeahhh, I have that a lot. 

It may not seem so extreme but when you're a person who's done absolutely nothing in life, it's fucking terrifying, okay. But anyways, speaking of life related matters, I have those moments where I wish I could travel back in time, back to when I was still a kid and have nice hair and hadn't put on much weight 



and just re-do my life. But then, I watch Little Mix and they're all like young adults and they're so pretty and they can dress so nicely and then I just want to fast forward my life until I'm 18 or 20 or 16. Why 16? Because Cole from IM5 is 17 and it is a good age for Niall too.Maybe. Just sayin'.


It's almost 4 (in the afternoon, may I add) now and I still have not showered. Yes, I'm a slob like that.

The Worst-But-Not-The-Worst Day Ever

Hey there beautiful people.


I don't even know what I did to even deserve this day. Let's start, shall we?

 7.51AM

 I remember this as clear as day. IM5 was having one of their famous UStreams this morning. I checked. I did all the calculations. It was supposed to start at 7.30AM SGT which is 4.30PM PST. But get this, my school has an assembly that starts at 7.30 and it is scheduled to end at 8. Their UStreams are usually 20 minutes or less. I knew that if the school was early for assembly, we could be done and over with it by 7.50. And I know, 20 minutes.

 I know, it's impossible but I was still positive. And I also had a close friend who loves IM5 with me. Yeah, I told her about them.

 I ran back to class at exactly 7.51. I opened my laptop and typed in my password, it opened up to their UStream page, saw the "live" button lit up and then "off air" appeared. I swear, I was about to cry. I was close. I missed it by a minute. 

That's 60 seconds! They could have stayed for 2 minutes! I don't mind if I only get to see them for a minute. I just wanna see them live. I checked twitter and guess what? They were early. 

10.57AM

Son of a local footballer replied to my tweet. He is more famous than his dad along with his brother because they are good-looking and are admired by a lot of hormonal teenagers who are older than them. Now before you say "oh isn't that supposed to be great?" Not in my situation. I tweeted somewhat along these lines the day before: irfan fandi just stop taking selfies youre no longer cute to me take proper photos then ill double tap them pics..   note that I didn't even tag his twitter.


Well, I thought it'd go unnoticed because "famous" people usually don't notice tweets from "fans" but I guess not. I check my twitter and he says: @mytwittername sorry for taking selfies if you don't like it you may unfollow me

I could've just leave it there and think "oh okay nevermind, he's just being 'humble'" BUT NOOO... I HAD TO TWEET BACK

I replied: @histwittername dont have to apologise. you can do whatever you want. its your life. you dont need people like me to tell you what to do. 


SERIOUSLY, HAZIRIN, YOU COULDN'T JUST LEAVE IT ALONE? And in my defence, I was being nice and actually nice.

I thought it ends there but then he tweets back..TWICE like literally half an hour after I tweeted back.

BRILLIANT. Yep, that's me for you. I just unintentionally insulted one of the most liked teenage boys in Singapore. I can't help it! There were too many selfies, okay?! And, and, and, I had to delete my tweets to him and also change my twitter name. So to the next person who takes my former twitter name, good luck to you in the future. But still, if the fangirls manage to find me, just wanna let you guys know that I love you guys. I'll put my new twitter down below.

1.55PM

Lost in the middle of a highway because I stopped at the wrong bus stop. Battery died so I couldn't call anyone. It doesn't sound so bad but get this, by then, I only had my iPod which is useless when it comes to this. There was no one else at the bus stop to ask for a phone. Technically, there was one person but I was too awkward to ask and he got on a bus there anyways. Nobody and I mean NO ONE alights at that particular bus stop. All taxis were either "hired" or "on call" so I couldn't grab a cab. There you go. I had to find my way home with only an iPod to help me. I deserve an award for this.

7.25PM

I was watching HIMYM and my mother, out of nowhere, tells me off. I thought she was okay with me because she was quite happy when she came home from work. She says something like stop watching that show or I will take your computer and I don't even know why you even watch-there's a gay in that show -unquote- and come on guys, you know how I feel about gays and all. I am open-minded-quote- I told you to cook rice and you still haven't-unquote-. So I closed my laptop and when into the kitchen and cooked rice and she was doing the laundry. Yes, Singapore is so hot/warm that you can do laundry at night. And so it was silence, until she continued nagging. By then, I just shut her off. I finished cooking the rice, packed up my stuff and got up to my bunk. My bed is practically my second home. A home inside a home. I know. I have everything I need up here. Yes, I'm writing from my bed.

Just A Quickie

Like what the title says, this is just a quickie. One, I am messed up but what's new? Two, I am now in love with this band called IM5. 


I am on the fourth stage. I won't tell how I got to know them because I don't want to make this long. Moving on. Three, I am so addicted to them, I can't.

Four, so I made a deal with my dad (I'm not sure if I have mentioned this before) that if I got better grades for my finals, I could get a skateboard. Here are some nice ones that I found online.

I know, I know. I haven't written in almost three weeks even though I have claimed that this is supposed to be weekly. Let's just get into it.

As you all know, in my previous blog post, I told you guys about me pre-ordering Where We Are. Just to refresh your mind, here's a picture.


I received it in my mail yesterday along with a calendar that my sister bought. And guess what. It looks so much better in real life. Like, literally. This book is perfect. I can't even control my feels and emotions. I just-nope.

Dos!

The one-week of holidays sucked balls. I did nothing done. I did go a lot of shopping like at this street which sells like really nice stuff. I went with one of my best friends. I got this navy anchor-printed blouse, the Rolling Stones signature lips logo-printed denim blouse and a pair of shoes.


Tres!

I just wanted to talk about the sleepover. Overall, it was really nice. Just spend some time with the cousins and all. I bought a maroon cardigan from Forever 21 and my cousin bought my navy suspenders from H&M. Basically, that.

With me growing up and all, I feel like more mature in my sense of style. Lately, I am more prone to blouses, cardigans and long pants. More classy, feminine stuff and conservative. Not that I'm insecure maybe a little but like I just don't want to show a lot of skin unless I need to. Also add the fact that I'm a Muslim and I can't show a lot of skin. But I kinda like this style.

Yes, they have a new album which comes out in late November. Yes, I've pre-ordered already. Yes, I'm fucking excited. Yes, I can't control my feels and I'm having fangirl moment. Yes, I found out weeks ago and I'm still excited. Yes, I'm fully aware that it's released in two months time. Yes, that's a long time, I know. Okay, done.

My life is the most boring yet most interesting ever. Sometimes, all I do is sit at home like a sack of potatoes on my iPod. Some days, I actually see people. I know, I know. Just shut up.

Time really does pass by fast, doesn't it?

Anyways, it's the 1st in SG already and I haven't done my weekly blog yet so why not today? Leggo!

If you guys didn't already know, I love the One Direction boys a lot. I love them as a whole. I love them in every way. I won't get into much detail. In SG, there is this website for the country's media and it is called Toggle. 


Probably the weirdest name but I don't want to offend them too much because I actually want to give them a little credit. Ju-just a little. 

They hosted/created this 5-day contest where there is a daily trivia question which you have to answer and the first 17 people will get to win a pair of tickets to the advanced movie screening for This Is Us. Guess who got it guys.


I was so excited and jumping around and screaming and crying and it wasn't really that much of a big deal to most people but to me it meant the world. I mean it wasn't like a red carpet premiere or anything. It was just that I get to see the movie earlier than the day of the opening. And let me tell y'all, it was thrilling. Like you don't know what it meant to me. The movie was amazing and I don't want to spoil it for you guys. Y'all are going to have to watch it. All I can say is I love the boys much more now. And yes, I did cry during the movie because I love them so much and it was emotional and I just couldn't help myself.

Alright. If you all know, 1DWorld opened up at SG on the 19th. I went on the 28th. The day after the advanced screening.
Can I just remind you all that this all happened within a week? I mean one can't take that many feels, okay? I don't even know how I survived the week. I didn't really buy that much stuff. I just bought the onesie which costs a 100 SGD. I know it's a lot but I had money so it doesn't matter. Then there was like a photo taking booth and the person would take your photo and "photoshop" you into a picture with the boys. Yeah, I got that and that was 20 SGD. And I can't really show you the picture right now because my scanner is not working. Freaking scanner.. I'll show it to you guys next time. I mean it's not that bad I would say. Just that I'm not photogenic, kay. Deal with it. 


Oh, to add into the list of merch that I recently bought, I preordered, or my sis helped me preorder, the Where We Are book and it's on its way to mah home. Oh My Gosh!


I don't know but I'm so excited to survive next week. Maybe it's the fact that I'm having a sleepover during the weekend. Don't worry I'll update you guys on that. Next week is a short week of school. It's just Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is a half day and no school on Friday because thank gosh for Teachers' Day. Then, the sleepover followed by a whole week of holidays because it's the September holidays. That was just to fill you guys in on what's happening next week and the following week. Also, I'm excited because I'll be receiving many many stuff. Like from delivery and all. I can't wait! Ahh!

I don't about you guys but there was a lot of drama during the VMAs. Miley was twerking and my reaction was basically like this.

Taylor fucking Swift. That bloody bitch. I cannot express my rage towards her through text. Okay but basically, what she did was diss Harry while saying her acceptance speech for the Best Female Video award for I Knew You Were Trouble and she also said "Shut The Fuck Up" when my boys were presenting on stage. 

And yes, I did my bloody research. And Ed as in Ed Sheeran, claimed that she was misinterpreted. It wasn't what everyone thought it was. I trust my Ed so I'm not going to say anything. And apparently, Niall is in on this too? How does my Niall get into this? Nope nope nopedy nope. I will not allow anybody to treat my boys like that, okay?

So you know how everyone says they can't live with their phone and shit.. Well for me, I can't live with my iPod. Hell, I use my iPod for practically everything. Games, social network, YouTube. Everything. I couldn't care less about my bloody hell of a phone. It's useless. I need a bloody new one. I only use it for texts, WhatsApp and calls. That's it. Yep. Whatever.. I love my iPod so muchoo.

Everything Has Changed

I hope you all love the new blog template. I am so happy with the changes. I took almost 3 hours to edit everything. Although it is not as professional as any other blogs out there but at least it's something for an amateur like me.


Alright. My new plan for this blog is instead of me always busy and only post like once a few months which is bad for a blogger, I could do like mini updates of my life weekly. Just like what it says on my blog description.

So since we're already on that topic, let's just catch up on what you've been missing the past few months. Actually when was the last time I updated? Oh, 2 and a half months ago. Woops!

Yeah, technically not much exciting happened. Like seriously. Well, there is bad news and good news. Bad news, actually tragic, Cory (Monteith) died. That was a real shocker for me because I loved him a lot and he was one of my idols but I won't let the tears come back. The good news is Best Song Ever. That's just the best MV ever. They've really achieved a lot. And also, did you hear that Singapore is opening the 1DAsia tour? Also 1DWorld has already open here. Like about time. Ahhhh! I can't even. But anyways, I've got a lot to elaborate on the blog.

I realised that you know, there are some basic things that you should know about me. So I edited that for that purpose.

Profile picture
It is a girl holding a skateboard. Lately, actually since I've got my waveboard in 2010, I've been uh, obsessed with this skateboard hobby thingy (I have no idea what it's called). And only now that I have shown the obsession more. And uh, I'm working my way to my own Penny skateboard; a deal I'd made with my dad. But that's between him and I.

Alright, so I changed this one because I needed something that says "Hazirin" which is my name if you didn't already know. And I decided to use the drawing of the back of a girl as my background. I hope you like it because I went through a whole lot of pictures in my tumblr to find the right one and also asked for my sister's opinion. She has sort of has the same style as me so I went with her opinion.
And it all came up to this picture.

Fonts
Also if you realised, the fonts have changed too. I changed it to my own liking. I hope it won't be a pain to your eyes. If there is anything that you don't like about the fonts, just leave me a comment or a message in the CBOX.

Basically, that's it. I don't think I left anything out. I just customized whatever needed. Also, I realised that only posts from this one onward the fonts would change. I don't know how the other posts can't change but I'll try to fix that. 

I think that's all that happened so far in the past 2 and a half months.

Oh I forgot that this whole week, I have school at home or in other words, E-learning. Can I just say that it is SHIT? Like I haven't learned that much as I do at school. Basically for my school, the whole you just have to stay at home and you'll have a 1-hour subject per day. Yep. And the way we have lessons is through this system that my school set up. I'm just making the best of it. Because we have one or two lessons a day and the rest of the day, we are free.

If you're wondering about my book, I'm still writing it. Although I'm taking a really really long break. I just figured that I would write like a few chapters at a time instead of writing one chapter then posting it and then procrastinate for another two months and write another chapter. I think that'd be pretty unfair for my readers. Okay I'm gonna just do what all my favourite Youtubers do at the end of every video.
